Responsible Gaming

At Vegas Hero, gambling should always be entertainment – never a way to earn money or solve financial difficulties. If the fun stops, it is time to stop.

Age Verification

You must be 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction (18+ in Great Britain) to open an account and play. Age and identity checks are required before real-money play. We take underage gambling seriously.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Ask yourself:

Do you chase losses by returning to win back money?
Do you hide your gambling from family or friends?
Do you spend more time or money than you planned?
Do you borrow money or sell belongings to gamble?
Do you neglect work, study, or family responsibilities?
Do you feel anxious, guilty, or irritable when not gambling?
Do you lie about how much you gamble?
Do you gamble to escape stress, anxiety, or depression?
Have you tried to stop but cannot?

If you answered yes to any of these, help is available.

Self-Help Tools

Vegas Hero supports safer play with tools you can set on your account:

Deposit limits – cap how much you can add to your account daily, weekly, or monthly.
Loss limits – set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a set period.
Reality checks – receive on-screen alerts showing how long you have been playing and your wins/losses.
Time-out or cooling-off – take a short break from gambling for 24 hours up to several weeks.
Self-exclusion – block access to your account for a longer period. In Great Britain, GamStop lets you self-exclude from all UK-licensed gambling sites in one step.
